Job summary

Brooksource Engineering Services is hiring for a DAP Operator to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. This on-site role covers night shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with 13-month contract and potential end date around December 2027.

You will operate automated packaging equipment, monitor performance, document activities, and ensure compliance with cGMPs. Prior experience in GMP environments and ability to work 12-hour overnights is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of GMP-regulated manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Experience following SOPs and maintaining manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment (labeling, cartoning, case-packing).
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity while adhering to cGMP and SOPs.
• Document production activities and ensure accurate electronic batch records.
