Job summary

Land O'Lakes is seeking a Production Operator for the third shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM) at our Wisconsin facility. In this frontline role you will operate machinery, assist with packaging, and help ensure safety and quality across the dairy production line.

Eligible applicants should have at least 1 year of work experience, basic computer and math skills, and strong teamwork. This position may require weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety processes and safety practices.
• Shows up on time, meets deadlines, and adapts to changes.
• Multi-task to keep up with production demand in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures quality standards and SOPs are followed during production.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborates with Leads and Management to complete daily tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
