Purity Dairies is seeking a Bagger/Debagger for the Nashville plant to operate and service equipment, ensure GMP adherence, and support production flow. The role includes setting up machinery, breakdowns, and daily problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers competitive pay, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a farmer-owned DFA network. Shift is 3rd with hours 10:00pm–6:30am, Monday–Friday, with Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) in all units.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, break down and set up equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Process finished or raw materials following GMP and timetables.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to meet daily deadlines.
