Job summary

Purity Dairies in Nashville is seeking a Bagger/Debagger to operate and maintain dairy processing equipment on the 10:00pm–6:30am shift, Monday through Friday with Saturdays as needed.

You will troubleshoot basic to moderate equipment issues, handle raw or finished materials, and follow GMP guidelines while coordinating with other departments to meet daily deadlines. High school diploma or GED preferred; able to lift up to 50 pounds; willingness to work overtime and on weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement.
• Pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Able to push, pull, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds and work in a wet environment.
• Flexible hours with overtime and occasional weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, break down and set up equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Process finished or raw materials following GMP and coordinate with departments to meet deadlines.
