Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking a Cycle Counter for our California warehouse. You will verify pallet contents, use a forklift to position pallets, and scan items to ensure accurate counts. You will support warehouse activities to meet shipping schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You must hold a valid forklift/pallet jack license, be able to read and follow English instructions, and work in a cold environment. Prior scanning duties and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift/pallet jack license.
• Able to read and write instructions in English.
• Able to work in cold environments (0-40 degrees).
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Able to operate and care for a scan gun.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts to verify pallets and quantities.
• Scan and pick cases to fulfill pick lists.
• Move pallets to manifest area and transport to pallets.
• Move pallets between warehouse locations and into trailers.
• Assist warehouse staff as needed to meet schedule and departures.
• Other duties as assigned.
