  • Oversee the intake and processing of customer submissions and enterprise partner inventory from delivery through storage and downstream handoff.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for enterprise business partners, providing timely communication, status updates, issue escalation, and delivery coordination.
  • Build short- and long-term operating plans that align staffing, priorities, and workflows with forecasted volume, project requirements, and available capacity.
  • Monitor pipeline health and take timely action to prevent delays, bottlenecks, inventory discrepancies, or missed commitments.
  • Verify inventory upon delivery and ensure accurate transaction creation, product tracking, and location management within internal systems and the warehouse.
  • Ensure enterprise projects are completed accurately and on time, including quality-control reviews, summary reporting, and required partner deliverables.
  • Set daily and project-level production targets; track output, quality, productivity, and efficiency using metrics and operational reporting.
  • Partner with Finance on revenue planning, forecasting, and project-level financial projections for enterprise programs.
  • Identify workflow constraints and investigate breakdowns in quality, speed, productivity, or output; determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Adjust staffing, priorities, and workflows in real time based on volume, capacity, risk, and business needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Squad Captains to manage day-to-day execution, team performance, and consistent application of standard work.
  • Conduct regular team huddles, Squad Captain check-ins, and performance discussions; support training, performance management, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution as appropriate.
  • Ensure team members are trained and consistently follow current policies, procedures, processing standards, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the functions performed by the teams, including receiving, condition assessment, inventory creation, booking, collating, scanning, quality control, and storage.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and partner with department leaders to resolve upstream and downstream blockers and support shared projects.
  • Maintain operational readiness for volume spikes, new partner programs, process changes, and evolving customer demand.
  • Uphold COMC values and quality standards and exemplify C.A.R.D. culture through actions, communication, and leadership.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Skill in diagnosing workflow constraints, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
  • Skill in using metrics, reporting, and operational data to identify risk, guide decisions, and drive accountability.
