Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Perform specialized cleaning operations including spray buffing, burnishing floors, sanitizing trash receptacles, stain removal, window cleaning.
• Strip and refinish floors.
• Perform routine housekeeping services: trash, dusting, spot cleaning, restroom/disinfection, restocking supplies.
• Operate and maintain power cleaning equipment (carpet vacuums, canister vacuums, etc.).
• Maintain housekeeping/storage closets and equipment.
• Use prescribed safety equipment as required.
• Handle chemicals safely and per instructions.
• Respond to work requests via service system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
