Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role requires following daily schedules, operating cleaning equipment, and upholding safety and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include hazardous waste handling, teamwork, and reporting hazards to supervision. The position emphasizes professional conduct, attention to detail, and the ability to work rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual能力 is a plus (if applicable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Handle hazardous waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team with other employees and support shift lead on punch-list items.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct; ensure customer service standards.
