Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role requires performing janitorial duties and operating cleaning equipment to keep facilities in top condition.

Responsibilities include following daily schedules, reporting hazards, maintaining professional conduct, and collaborating with team members. The position offers Sunday–Thursday shifts, with hourly pay ranging from $18.70 to $19.20.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and report incidents or hazards to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures and use proper personal protective equipment.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
