Job summary

CleanCare is seeking a dependable janitorial associate to perform daily cleaning across the facility, including floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and public areas. You will record inventory levels and follow established safety protocols.

The role is on-site, requires lifting up to 50 lbs, and emphasizes flexibility, good communication, and timely completion of tasks. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) after one year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to complete assigned tasks.
• Complete assigned tasks fully within designated time frame.
• Clean and maintain assigned areas of the facility daily.
• Meet or exceed sanitation and disinfecting standards throughout all plant areas.
• Maintain active presence throughout the plant during operating hours.
• Clean and maintain areas during operating hours to limit after hours cleaning requirements.
• Maintain company-wide DART accident rate at or below 2.
• Other duties as assigned.
