Qualifications

• Six (6) months of custodial experience.
• Valid State of Georgia driver's license.
• Combination of education, training, and work experience equivalent to the above may satisfy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Changes light bulbs and fluorescent tubes.
• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, dusts, shampoos, steam cleans, strips, waxes, polishes floors and surfaces.
• Dumps trash and relines cans; cleans and sanitizes restrooms; replenishes supplies.
• Cleans windows, walls, metal and woodwork; washes surfaces.
• Cleans rain gutters; sweeps roofs and sidewalks; picks up litter.
• Opens/closes facilities, locks/unlocks as needed; distributes maintenance supplies.
• Drives County vehicles to various buildings for custodial work.
