Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Davenport, IA is hiring a Custodial Supervisor for Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. You will supervise custodial staff, inspect areas for sanitation and OSHA compliance, and ensure contracts meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in custodial supervision or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of custodial staff.
• Train employees in safety, policies, and procedures.
• Inspect areas for sanitation and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available and issued as needed.
• Conduct regular quality, service, and safety inspections and report results.
