Qualifications

• Experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and personnel management.
• Knowledge of custodial techniques, cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial operations during evening and night shifts with proper coverage.
• Conduct nightly building inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Assign, monitor, and follow up on tasks; ensure timely corrective actions.
• Respond to after-hours inquiries and emergencies.
• Coordinate custodial support for evening events and post-event cleaning.
• Maintain shift records and report to daytime supervisors.
