USMD Hospital At Arlington LP in Arlington, TX is seeking a CT/X-Ray Technologist for a full-time night shift from 11:00p to 7:30a, Monday-Thursday. The role performs interpretive, patient care, and technical functions to insure proper radiologic diagnosis.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited two-year radiologic technology program, CMRT by Texas Medical Board, ARRT, and BLS. 6 months to 1 year radiology/CT experience with fluoroscopy preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited two-year radiologic technology program.
• Fluoroscopy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interpretive, patient care, and technical radiology functions.
• Operate radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality images.
• Determine suitable exam protocols per physician orders.
• Position patients and select technical factors to optimize images.
• Explain procedures and prep patients for radiologic tests.
• Assist with CT procedures and contrast administration per policy.
• Maintain radiology Department equipment and inventory.
• Ensure safety and ALARA standards are followed.
