Job summary

USMD Hospital at Arlington is seeking a CT/X-Ray Technologist for a full-time role, Monday through Thursday 8:00am–5:30pm with on-call duties in Arlington, TX. You will perform interpretive, patient care, and technical radiologic functions to ensure accurate diagnosis.

Requires ARRT, CMRT, and BLS, plus 6 months to 1 year of radiology/CT experience and fluoroscopy expertise. You will work under the department supervisor, handle high-quality imaging, position patients, manage CT contrast

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited two-year radiologic technology program
• CMRT by Texas Medical Board, ARRT, and BLS certifications required
• 6 months to 1 year radiology & CT experience; fluoroscopy experience required
• Must meet physical demands and on-call requirements as applicable

Responsibilities

• Operates radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Performs CT procedures and administers CT contrast per hospital policy
• Identifies patients and assesses procedure-specific requirements
• Maintains equipment and x-ray room in safe, clean condition
• Ensures ALARA standards during imaging and patient positioning
• Assists with quality control and routine safety training
