Job summary

Asante is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for the 3rd shift (nights) in a 0.9 FTE role at our Medford, Oregon location. The position spans ICUs with strong teamwork and a focus on critical care excellence.

You will respond to life-threatening situations, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and apply advanced nursing skills to care for critically ill patients. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and current Oregon RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required or preferred.
• Previous acute care experience required.
• New Graduate RN within 6 months of licensure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient plans.
• Respond to life-saving situations as part of rapid response and code teams.
• Utilize advanced nursing skills for critically ill patients at high risk.
• Demonstrate organizational skills in delivering nursing care with flexible priorities.
• Join a recognized critical care team delivering excellent patient care.
