Qualifications

• Completed PGY1 residency and Emergency Department / Intensive Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for critically ill patients.
• Review and optimize medication orders for safety and effectiveness.
• Participate in emergency responses including code blue and trauma cases.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for treatment plans.
• Monitor therapy responses and recommend medication adjustments.
• Educate pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals.
• Manage controlled substances and medication inventory.
