Charter Foods is hiring a Customer Service Crew Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and ensure a welcoming dining experience. Shifts start as early as 4:00pm and can run late, with some locations closing after midnight.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately take guest orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe area for guests and team members.
• Work effectively with delivery partners.
• Keep work areas clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items as needed.
• Restock products and workstation supplies.
• Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills) and ensure food safety.
• Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning equipment and surfaces.
