Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a T-Car Operator for the Overnight Shift in Wisconsin. You will move corrugated stock from the dry end of the corrugator, organize unfinished stock, and feed conveyor lines for flexo presses. A forklift license is required; daily lifting up to 60 lbs is expected, in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM with overtime as needed. Training rate $27.82/hour; qualified rate $29.86/hour.

Qualifications

Must complete training and become fully qualified as a T-Car Operator.
Forklift certification is required or must be obtained.
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Remove corrugated stock from the corrugator down-stacker lines and transport to staging areas.
Organize and stage unfinished corrugated materials to support production flow.
Load and replenish conveyor lines for flexo presses and other centers.
Monitor conveyor systems and ensure material flow to equipment.
Transport materials using powered industrial equipment safely.
Maintain inventory organization and stock rotation in staging areas.
Inspect equipment and report safety issues or malfunctions.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Collaborate with operators to support schedules and minimize downtime.
Follow company policies and quality procedures.
