Job summary

Kemps in Minneapolis is seeking a Product Puller for our corrugated section. You will assemble customer orders, move materials, and maintain orderly product flow while adhering to GMP and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include documenting production logs, meeting order specifics quickly, and communicating clearly with team members. This role supports quality control and continuous improvement initiatives and requires a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders in the corrugated section.
• Place assembled orders on proper conveyor or designated area.
• Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
• Maintain keeping products separated, organized, and in good rotation
• Support preventative maintenance plans
• Monitor product quality frequently and report problems to mitigate safety issues
• Complete production and quality logs
• Furnish accurate counts on load tags
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format and completed with required information
• Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOPs
• Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
