Job summary

Pratt Industries in Kentucky is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair converting and corrugating equipment, minimizing downtime across shifts. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with strong electrical and mechanical skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance practices, ability to troubleshoot complex faults, and familiarity with conveyors, gearboxes, and power transmission

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Preferred corrugated industry experience.
• Must understand preventive and first-line maintenance.
• Ability to read factory masters and tape measures.
• May require Lift Truck Operator and Man Lift Licenses.

Responsibilities

• Apply safe working practices and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and plan corrective actions.
• Inspect and maintain conveyors, gearboxes, belts, chains, and couplings.
• Dismantle and replace drive belts and bearings as needed.
• Operate and reference maintenance software (i-maintenance).
• Report issues promptly and coordinate with operators and teams.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to safety policies.
