You’ll work 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, on-call, with a rotating 12-hour shift every third Tuesday. The position emphasizes independence, emotional resilience, and teamwork on a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or certifications required; full training provided.
• Ability to travel to hospitals, morgues, or funeral homes as part of cases.
• Comfortable performing tasks independently and handling emotionally challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to cases with urgency and travel to facilities as needed.
• Review donor medical information and conduct full-body inspections for compliance with EBAA and FDA.
• Perform surgical recovery of corneal tissue for transplant and research.
• Communicate clearly with team members, leadership, and external partners.
• Assist onboarding and training needs once fully trained.
