Land O’Lakes is seeking a Control Room Operator for the Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team in the United States. You will operate machinery and packaging lines, supporting the conversion of raw materials into finished products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, 1+ year of work experience, basic computer and math skills, and strong teamwork and communication. Shift is 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM with weekends/overtime/holidays as needed.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

• Collaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.
