Essel Environmental in Southern California is seeking a motivated Construction General Laborer to join our field team. You will support various construction projects across the region, loading materials, preparing sites, and assisting skilled trades.

This role offers a morning shift with opportunities for full-time or part-time work and pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain a safe and clean job site, following all safety protocols.
• Help assemble and disassemble barricades, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors and skilled tradesmen.
• Participate in traffic management and flagging when necessary.
