Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs in New Albany, OH seeks a Compounding Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This full-time, direct-hire role requires a detail-focused individual with GMP awareness and strong mechanical aptitude.

You will mix and test ingredients, ensure quality, and collaborate with supervisors to maintain production standards. The position offers a 3rd shift from 10:30p to 7:00a and benefits including major medical, dental/vision, life insurance, FSA, 401(k), and paid time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of compounding experience; cosmetic/personal care preferred.
• Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Ability to work safely and follow all company policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
• Ability to interpret instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mix, compound, process, test, adjust, and modify ingredients to complete the manufacturing process.
• Ensure production meets customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate with Compounding Supervisor/Manager and production staff for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, and Safety procedures.
• Inspect and monitor in-process production for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle, store, and manage materials safely for production.
• Inspect and maintain production equipment for safe operation.
• Participate in training programs including GMP, SOP, and safety.
• Perform other duties to support production goals.
