Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is hiring for a night-shift operator in Wisconsin. You will perform bagging, componenter operation, and inventory data entry to maintain accurate SAP records and product traceability.

The role requires forklift readiness, adherence to GMPs, and the ability to train new operators. 8pm–4am, Monday–Friday with Saturdays possible based on demand; starting rate $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• GED Certificate or High School Diploma.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; compute rate, ratio and percent.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Must attain Forklift Operator License within 30 days of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Empty bags of seasoning into seasoning bag breaks.
• Operate componenter and hoists to load supersacks.
• Enter accurate product and lot numbers in SAP and maintain inventory traceability.
• Follow DFA GMPs and sanitation requirements.
• Assist in training new operator and support team objectives.
