Job summary

A leading mental health service provider in Quakertown, PA, is seeking individuals to provide daily support for residents in a structured psychiatric unit. Responsibilities include assisting residents with independent living skills, conducting meetings, and ensuring compliance with all procedures. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience working directly with individuals diagnosed with mental health or IDD.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Criminal record clearances as dictated by programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for residents in a psychiatric unit.
• Assist residents in skill building and independent living.
• Ensure compliance with programmatic and corporate procedures.
