Job summary

RFS is seeking technologically proficient, multi-skilled Construction Laborers to form 5-6 person crews for night-time commercial remodeling projects nationwide. You will contribute to interior trades and renovations for high-profile restaurant environments.

These roles operate on a 3-4 weeks on-site rotation with a 1 week off cadence, and require completion of a portfolio showcasing prior commercial work. A valid EIN and insurance are mandatory for consideration.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience in restaurant remodeling environments.
• Willingness to travel cross-country and work night shifts.
• Ability to maintain a steady 3-4 week on-site rotation.
• Provide portfolio of recently completed commercial projects.
• Must have valid Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end night-time commercial restaurant renovations.
• Perform interior trades: tile, flooring, carpentry, sheetrock, painting.
• Read architectural blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Provide regular status updates during weekly project meetings.
• Uphold safety protocols and quality control on sites.
