L&L Fabrication, Inc. in Douglas, WY is hiring a Welder II to join the Douglas Weld Shop. This full‑time role requires welding at CODE level, with flexibility to pivot into fitting and team support as needed.

The position offers second shift with a $2.00/hr differential, a safety‑driven environment, and opportunities to contribute to ASME‑coded work and repairs on pressure‑rated equipment.

Qualifications

• Code welding experience with ASME Sec. 8/9, B31.3, AWS D1.1, AWS D17.1 preferred.
• Ability to read and follow weld procedures and specifications.
• Willingness to adjust to second shift and work safely in a high‑utility shop.

Responsibilities

• Weld Non‑Code and Code articles to satisfactory quality.
• Operate and monitor GMAW, FCAW, SMAW per WPS.
• Weld to specification and support 100% NDT when required.
• Process materials with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate oxy‑fuel, plasma, saw, mag‑drill, grinder safely.
