Eaton is seeking a CNC2 Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Syracuse, NY. Core hours are 10:30pm to 6:30am, with an hourly rate of $19.77. The role involves operating single or multi-spindle drill press and tapping machines on various castings and parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform machining operations using drill press and/or tapping machines on various castings and parts.
• Position parts into chucks/fixtures, load machines, adjust speeds, start cycles, and inspect finished parts.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety regulations.
• Identify faulty operations or materials and report to supervision.
