Karman Space & Defense is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technician to support machining and assembly operations for space-system components. You will operate CNC machinery, assemble parts to instructions, and help maintain a safe, efficient production area.

You should have experience in machining or manufacturing, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Forklift experience is a plus; this role requires attention to detail and good communication to meet

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC machinery and related manufacturing equipment to produce components to specification.
• Assembles parts and components according to defined work instructions and production schedules.
• Uses hand tools and power tools safely to complete machining, assembly, and deburring tasks.
• Conducts quality checks on machined and assembled products to confirm conformance with standards.
• Performs basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance to support equipment performance.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area and follows all safety protocols.
• Collaborates with team members to achieve production goals and resolve workflow issues.
