Job summary

Jobot is recruiting a CNC Operator for a leading Rockford, IL manufacturing company on-site for the night shift. You will operate Doosan CNC machines to produce parts, read blueprints, and work with the quality control team to ensure accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of CNC experience (Doosan preferred), strong blueprint reading and measurement skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC experience, Doosan preferred.
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools and techniques.
• Quality control experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Doosan CNC machines to produce parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and diagrams.
• Use precision measurement tools to inspect parts.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
• Work with quality control to correct defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
