Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC equipment (mills and lathes) for difficult machining operations.
• Select and align fixtures and cutting tools; secure materials.
• Monitor and refine machining processes; adjust speeds and feeds as needed.
• Inspect parts to ensure finish specifications and tolerances; monitor tool wear and machine performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and setup for daily production readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve production methods and equipment performance.
• Safely operate overhead cranes and handle weights up to 50 lbs with team lifts or assistive devices.
