Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. is hiring a CNC Production Machinist in Coldwater, Ohio. You will operate CNC lathes and mills, interpret blueprints, and perform part inspections to ensure quality and on-time production.

Training is provided for qualified individuals and the role is fully on-site. The starting pay is $27.31 per hour with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM (training period 7:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year CNC experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) to produce parts per blueprints and specs.
• Set up machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and offsets to maintain part quality.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Verify dimensions and surface finishes meet print or process requirements.
• Record inspection data and report deviations or defects promptly.
• Follow and maintain quality control procedures.
