Greenville Tool and Die is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Greenville, MI. The ideal candidate will set up and operate CNC mills, read blueprints and mechanical drawings, and ensure precision and quality in every part produced.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years CNC milling experience (Okuma or Fanuc controls preferred), proficiency in writing and interpreting G-code and M-code, and the ability to read calipers, micrometers and other measurement tools.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years CNC mill experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand requirements.
• Set up and configure CNC mills with tools and material.
• Run test cuts and verify outputs meet specifications.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools.
• Operate CNC mills to drill, ream and mill as required.
• Maintain records of machine settings and parts produced.
• Adhere to safety and maintain clean work area.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
