Job summary

The Valley Health System's Summerlin Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support nursing units with clerical duties and direct patient care in a busy Las Vegas hospital environment.

Qualifications include high school or equivalent, Nevada CNA certification, and BLS; ideal candidates will provide compassionate care and adhere to state regulations while contributing to excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred; must obtain CNA certification from Nevada Board of Nursing.
• Current CNA license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the nursing unit by performing clerical and receptionist duties and providing patient care as outlined by state regulations.
• Support planning, organization and evaluation of nursing activities on the unit with compassionate, safe care.
