Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Missouri CNA license or eligible for MO CNA license within 120 days of hire.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days.
• Prior health care experience preferred.
• 3 months nursing assistant experience in inpatient/long-term care or related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nursing staff direction, including vitals, bathing, dressing, moving patients, and linen changes.
• Obtain information on patient condition as requested by nursing staff and report changes promptly.
• Participate in Nurse Assistant Training Program and clinical learning activities.
