SolutionHealth is seeking a licensed nursing assistant for the CICU surge unit. The role supports inpatient care, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and essential nursing tasks under RN supervision.

Qualified candidates have NH LNA licensure, 2+ years acute care experience, and BLS either already or within 90 days of hire. The unit emphasizes teamwork and patient-centered care in a 12-hour night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of current experience in an acute care setting is required.
• Nursing Assistant License (NH) is required.
• BLS preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide patient comfort and emotional support.
• Perform basic clinical tasks under RN supervision.
• Document care and observations in medical records per policy.
