The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch in Sarasota, FL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant. You will deliver routine nursing care and high-quality customer service to Members under supervision, including assisting with hygiene, meals, and mobility in a 32-hour weekly night shift.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of proven experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in skilled nursing, acute care or assisted living is preferred, but not required.
• Skill in the understanding of computer software as it relates to the job.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with older adults and with memory-impaired individuals and groups.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to Members under the guidance of nursing staff and care plans.
• Assist in admissions, room setup, and acclimation to facility.
• Maintain compliance with long-term care regulations and safety standards.
• Record usage of equipment and assist with daily hygiene and feeding as needed.
• Ensure clean, safe, and sanitary Member rooms and communicate changes in care.
