Mozaic Senior Life is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality daily care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for residents.

The role requires CT CNA certification, a High School Diploma or GED, and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with every-other-weekend shifts.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year as a CNA in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Licensure: CT Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Provides basic nursing care and assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Observes residents for changes and reports promptly to the charge nurse.
• Documents care and observations accurately and timely.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness; uses equipment per policy and manufacturer guidance.
• Participates in the care plan process and follows each resident’s plan of care.
• Responds promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Supports coworkers to ensure quality resident care.
• Promotes positive resident and family relationships.
• Follows facility policies and procedures and maintains confidentiality.
• Attends mandatory trainings and completes required competencies.
