HomeChoice Home Care is seeking night-shift CNAs and PCAs to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in clients' homes in North Carolina. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and establish meaningful 1:1 interactions while maintaining safety and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment.
• Follow care plans and client-specific instructions.
• Communicate important changes or concerns to the care team.
