Linwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Scranton, PA is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. As an LPN, you will provide high‑quality resident care, administer medications, and coordinate with the RN Supervisor to ensure safe, effective care.

You will supervise Nursing Assistants, maintain accurate documentation, update care plans, and participate in shift change reports to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Participate in nursing report at shift change to ensure continuity of care.
