Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa is looking to hire a CNA/Nursing Assistant to join our incredible nursing team on the Ortho Med/Surg unit, a 36-bed unit serving medical, surgical and orthopedic patients. Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am.

Must be flexible to work a varied schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays. You will perform nursing care and related non-professional services under the supervision of a licensed nurse, supporting clerical tasks

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification Idaho or Trinity Health Nursing Assistant Program
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required at hire
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience in acute care preferred
• Demonstrates ability to care for Neonate through Geriatric age groups

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff at unit level with clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination
• Perform nursing care and related non-professional services under licensed nurse supervision
