Job summary

Desert View Care Center in Buhl, Idaho is expanding its nursing team and seeking compassionate CNAs for the Night Shift (10 PM–6 AM). If you are not certified yet, we will train you on-the-job and help you obtain certification.

We offer an hourly range of $15–$20, with potential extra pay for leads or mentors, plus a 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/life/vision insurance, and PTO. Training is provided to fit your pace and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days
• Strong communication with coworkers and residents
• Willingness to learn long-term care regulations

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
• Turn and reposition residents
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences
• Record intake and output
• Report changes to nursing staff
