Job summary

SEM Haven is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts in Milford, OH. You will support memory care residents with daily living activities, nutrition, mobility, and safety in a house-style memory care setting.

As part of a resident-centered team, you will follow policies, promote respect, and participate in household tasks, meetings, and care routines to help residents live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Ohio on registry or eligible for testing.
• Training in food sanitation, housekeeping, restorative nursing and resident activities.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and participate in daily life activities in memory care households.
• Assist with food preparation and serving for residents.
• Transport residents and assist with mobility needs.
• Maintain clean, safe and orderly living/work areas.
