Job summary

Hearts To Hands Health Care Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a contract/PRN night shift position in Hot Springs, AR. Pay is $16.50/hr DOE. This on-site role runs 12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 06:45, with a start date and shift window in late October 2026.

• Must hold Arkansas CNA certification and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Take and record vitals, weight, and intake/output; report changes to nurse.
• Support meals with feeding assistance and track intake.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and follow therapy goals between sessions.
• Keep patient rooms clean, safe, and organized; change bed linens as needed.
• Respond to call lights promptly and check on patients regularly.
• Document care and any changes in patient condition in medical records.
• Communicate patient status to nurses, therapists, and care team.
