Job summary

Monterey Park Hospital in Los Angeles County is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant or Nursing Assistant for the Med/Surg Unit on a full-time, 12-hour night shift. The position reports to the Director of Med/Surg and supports high-quality, individualized nursing care.

The CNA/NA will take direction from the Charge RN and RN/LVN, contribute to patient safety and outcomes, and work with a diverse patient population across development stages and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CA Nursing Assistant Certification required or preferred.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, basic nursing care to patients.
• Take direction from Charge RN and RN/LVN.
