Encino Hospital Medical Center in Encino, California, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the MST department to support daily living activities and basic patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.

The role requires an active CNA certificate, BLS, and knowledge of medical terminology; acute care experience is preferred. This full-time night-shift position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
• Current BLS upon hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
• Current Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire and maintain current per facility requirement.

Responsabilités

• The CNA in the MST department assists with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients and helps maintain a safe environment under RN supervision.
