Tryfacta, Inc. is seeking a CNA – LTC for our client in Santa Fe, NM 87505 on a 13-week contract. Night shifts consist of 12-hour periods with a pay rate of $29.00–$31.00 per hour.

This position guarantees 36 hours per week and requires active CNA certification with nursing home experience preferred. Immediate start available. Responsibilities include direct patient care, assistance with daily activities, vital signs, infection control, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Previous long-term care or nursing home experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and resident comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols.
• Document care provided accurately.
