Responsibilities

• Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed nurse, including ADLs and vital signs.
• Maintains professional behavior and prioritizes work flow to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Collaborates with health care team members and notes any patient concerns to the licensed nurse.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing procedures and uses medical supplies properly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse and participates in orientation of new staff.
